Ohio State running back Miyan Williams ran himself into the record books Saturday afternoon, tying the Buckeye’s single-game record with five rushing touchdowns against Rutgers.
Williams, who had a career-high 21 carries in the game, joins Pete Johnson, who ran for five against North Carolina in 1974, and Keith Byars, who did so against Illinois in 1984.

Williams is usually part of a two-man rushing committee with TreVeyon Henderson, but got all of the work at running back Saturday with Henderson a late scratch from the lineup.
